Things to do
Things I need to do to avoid doing the same mistakes again:
1. Cook/prepare all my meals the day before. Planning my menu for the day will make sure that I already have all that I need.
2. Free day is only on Sunday. If I get to eat unauthorized food on a normal day, I shouldn't consider that day free day since I really can't control eating on Sundays.
3. Go to the gym regularly. That's regularly, meaning, I have to be consistent with workout. If I miss a session, I have to catch up.
