1.5 weeks after
Okay. 1.5 weeks have passed already and here is the progress I made:
Unauthorized food ate:
1. Jollibee - I was out on field and was sooooo hungry. Jollibee was the first stop I can have. I should've chosen their salad instead of spaghetti and chicken meal.. waaah!
2. Subway - 6" chicken breast on wheat bread... but with mayo and cheese.
3. Dinner out - went out for dinner with A twice. I had pasta with tomato sauce. This is an authorized meal, except that their single serving meals is actually considered 2 servings in my program.
Well.. I still think this is a good start. Considering that I used to eat a lot more.
When I checked my weight, I went down 1/4kg.. WOW!
