bad week
This is a bad week for me..
1. Missed 2 training days(not consecutive).. so I had to do catch up. The problem with this is that it's so tiring that it's hard to workout on the next day. One workour session is really designed to be enough for the day. I'll try not to miss out again.
2. Didn't plan my meals well compared to last week. I've eaten out 4 times this week. I chose healthy food but went over the allowable servings. The thing is, I wasn't able to cook my meals for the next day because I'm already tired(see #1).
It's really hard to juggle things when they go out of place..
