followed by a bad weekend

a bad week followed by a bad weekend..

In order to catch up for the missed gym sessions, I did double sessions a day.. which I found out wasn't a good idea. One gym session per day is enough exercise and by doing double sessions, I got sooo tired and sooo week. I missed another day of workout.

On top of that, both my weekends became free day. Although my meals for both days weren't entirely unuauthorized food, it's something that can be avoided.

Lesson learned: single sessions only per day.. or else, it'll be long "zzzzzz"..
